ACCOMMODATION PRICE:

The price for one team per classroom (maximum of 20 people per classroom) is 4000 CZK for the duration of the tournament (two nights – from Friday to Saturday and from Saturday to Sunday). The number of available spots for accommodation is limited.

Accommodation will be provided at the schools listed below. The organizer reserves the right to change the school up until the start of the tournament.

Important: Participants must bring their own sleeping bags and mats!

The schools will be accessible from June 13, 2025, at 18:00, and must be vacated by June 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
On the first evening at 22:00, a welcome and informational meeting will take place in the school lobby (mandatory for team leaders staying at the school).
Upon arrival, each team must present a list of names.

The school will be open from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM.
Entry outside of these hours is not permitted. In exceptional cases of late return, prior agreement with the tournament's 24-hour service at the school is required.
Any issues should be resolved through the tournament service at the school.

Accommodation Rules:

The organizer strictly enforces the following rules:

✅ Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the school!
✅ No alcohol is allowed inside the school!
✅ No ball games are allowed inside the school!
✅ Keep all areas clean!
✅ Do not damage school property!
✅ Young participants must not stay at the school without supervision!
✅ Observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM, including keeping classrooms dark.
✅ Keep valuables with you at all times! The organizer is not responsible for any losses.
✅ Teams must request to lock their classroom each time they leave.
✅ Follow the instructions of school staff and tournament assistants!

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the team being expelled from the accommodation or the tournament, with no refund.

Security Deposit: Upon arrival, a deposit of 2,000 CZK per team will be collected and returned on departure after the proper handover of the classroom or gym where the team was accommodated.

⚠️ Special deposit for YOUTH and JUNIOR categories: Due to issues in previous tournaments, teams in these categories must pay a 5,000 CZK deposit per team upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded only if the classroom is returned in the same condition as received (clean and undamaged). Any damages caused by participants must be paid for in cash on-site.

Since the number of restrooms (washrooms) in schools is limited, the organizer recommends that teams use showers at the sports halls after matches.
