1. Opening Ceremony

The official opening of the tournament, which will take place at @pavilon_ostrava from 18:00 to 22:00. Host and DJ @lumirmorkovsky will guide you through the entire evening. Great food and drinks await you, as well as a supporting program where you can compete for awesome prizes!

2. Tournament Competitions - OC Shootout Challenge

Saturday: Schedule: 10:00 - 11:00 KIDS | 11:00 - 12:00 JUNIORS
Location: In front of the main entrance to the Černá Louka hall
Categories: KIDS - U9 to U13 (minis to younger pupils) and JUNIORS - U15 to U19 (older pupils to juniors) (both max. 16 teams), girls count normally among boys
Team: 3+1
System: Play-off tree, match = best of five penalty shootouts series
How to sign up?: On Friday at the outdoor court at Černá louka, report your team name to the organizer present at the court. Anyone over the limit can sign up as a substitute.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: TEAMS THAT SIGN UP ALSO DECLARE THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE A TOURNAMENT MATCH DURING THE SHOOTOUT CHALLENGE.
Prizes from our partners and the tournament itself await the winners of both categories.

4. Closing Award Ceremony

All final matches of play-off A will be played on three courts in the Černá Louka hall. After the match, the teams will move to the @pavilon_ostrava stage near pavilion A for the award ceremony with the presentation of trophies and medals. Always 20 minutes after the final match of the respective category has been played. The winning teams of the third-place duels in the Campus hall finish earlier than the final match at Černá Louka, and they will move to pavilion A for the award ceremony to receive their medals together with the presentation of 1st and 2nd places. The winning teams of play-offs B will receive medals for 1st place directly at the halls after their match has been played.

5. Registration and Wristband Pickup

We present an overview of dates and times for individual stations for registration and wristband pickup for Ostrava Cup 2026. In case of payment in advance (by June 2, 2026), it is possible to prepare the wristbands for a specific hall before your first match.
· THURSDAY June 4 – Černá Louka hall – entrance foyer – from 17:00 to 19:00 (suitable for teams from Ostrava and the surrounding area)
· FRIDAY June 5 – main railway station – foyer – from 7:00 to 14:00 (we ask teams that choose this option to give us a heads up so we can prepare everything for a smooth pickup)
· FRIDAY June 5 – Černá Louka hall – entrance foyer – from 8:00 until your team's first match
· SATURDAY June 6 – minis teams only (přípravka) – Černá Louka hall – entrance foyer – from 7:30 until your team's first match

6. Current Public Transport Restrictions

Due to the ongoing reconstruction of Náměstí Republiky and track repairs on Vítkovická Street, there will be a change in the organization of tram lines No. 1, 2, and 13, which will be diverted via Mírové and Mariánské Square. Transport between the Náměstí Republiky and Don Bosco stops is not replaced in any way. It is necessary to walk approx. 600 m from the Nám. Republiky stop to the Gajdošova hall. Most frequent route between the halls Gajdošova – Bonver, Gajdošova – Campus, and Gajdošova – Černá Louka.

8. Meal Distribution

Both lunches and dinners will be distributed in the Černá louka hall, where a dining zone will be set up, or you can take it with you (meals will be in vacuumed thermoboxes including cutlery). Questions are handled by Denisa Kotzurová +420 732 820 430. Lunches are distributed for the registered number of people upon presentation of meal vouchers between 12:00 and 14:00. Dinners then between 17:00 and 19:00.
